(TOS) Terms Of Service

Welcome to Hooves N Wheels RV Park (“Hooves N Wheels,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Terms of Service agreement (“Terms”) governs your access to and use of our facilities located at 4128 Granbury Highway, Weatherford, Texas 76087.
Please read these Terms carefully before making a reservation or using our facilities. By making a reservation, accessing our property, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
1.1 Reservation Process Reservations may be made by phone, or through our website.  All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Hooves N Wheels management.
1.2 Payment Terms
  • Full payment for nightly, weekly or Monthly stays is due at the time of check-in.
  • For monthly stays, the first month’s payment is due at check-in, with subsequent payments due on the same date each month.
  • We accept credit cards, checks, Money Orders or debit cards
  • A valid credit card is required to hold all reservations.
  • Good Sam Members receive a 10% discount on nightly RV site rates only (not applicable to monthly rates).
  • Military personnel receive a 10% discount on weekly and monthly stays upon presenting valid proof of military service at check-in.
  • Discounts may not be combined with other offers.
1.3 Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to scheduled arrival will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.
  • Cancellations made 3-6 days prior to scheduled arrival will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled arrival will not receive a refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for early departures or no-shows.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
1.4 Minimum Stay Requirements
  • Minimum stay requirements may apply during holidays and special events.
  • Advance notice will be provided for any minimum stay requirements.
2. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES
2.1 Check-In Hours
  • Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
  • After-hours check-in must be arranged in advance.
  • A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.
2.2 Check-Out Time
  • Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM.
  • Late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability.
  • Failure to check out by the designated time without prior arrangement may result in additional charges.
3. RULES AND REGULATIONS
3.1 General Rules
  • A 7 mph speed limit is strictly enforced throughout the property.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of other guests.
  • No fire pits or open fires are permitted anywhere on the property.
  • No open carrying of firearms is allowed.
  • No window air conditioners or permanent porches are permitted.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse service or evict any person who violates these rules.
3.2 RV and Site Rules
  • RVs must be self-contained, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
  • Each RV site is limited to one RV, two vehicles, and a maximum of 6 persons.
  • No tents are permitted.
  • All hookups must be properly connected using appropriate equipment.
  • No washing of RVs or vehicles is permitted without prior approval.
  • No structures or site modifications may be made without management approval.
  • Guests are responsible for keeping their sites clean and orderly.
  • No more than three potted plants are permitted per site.
3.3 Pet Policy
  • Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside your RV.
  • Pet owners must clean up after their pets immediately.
  • Pets must not be left unattended outside.
  • Excessive barking or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Temporary pet fencing must be approved by management and taken down when not in use.
  • Pet quantity and breed restrictions may apply.
  • Service animals are exempt from pet restrictions.
  • Management reserves the right to modify pet rules at any time.
3.4 Horse Facility Rules
  • We no longer board or provide horse facilities for our guests.
4. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE
4.1 Property Damage Guests are responsible for any damage caused to park property by themselves, their guests, or their pets. Repair costs will be charged to the responsible party.
4.2 Personal Property Hooves N Wheels is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Guests are encouraged to secure their belongings at all times.
4.3 Insurance Requirements All guests are required to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for their RVs, vehicles, personal property, and any liability that may arise during their stay.
4.4 Release of Liability By staying at Hooves N Wheels, guests acknowledge the inherent risks associated with recreational activities, and outdoor living, and release Hooves N Wheels from liability for injuries resulting from such activities.
5. TERMINATION OF STAY
5.1 By Management: Management reserves the right to terminate any guest’s stay for violation of these Terms, park rules, or for conduct that disturbs other guests or threatens the safety or enjoyment of others. No refunds will be issued for stays terminated by management due to rule violations.
5.2 By Guest: Guests wishing to terminate a monthly stay before the end of the paid period must provide at least 7 days’ written notice. No refunds will be issued for early departures without sufficient notice.
6. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS OF SERVICE
Hooves N Wheels reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted at the office and on our website. Continued use of our facilities after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Parker County, Texas.
